Our multidisciplinary expertise, combined with exceptional career perspectives, sets us apart. To strengthen our clinical research team, we are seeking a Statistician for our Milan office.

Your Responsibilities:

• Planning & Analysis: Manage and analyze non-interventional studies (NIS) and Phase I-IV clinical trials, providing strategic advice to clients.

• Consulting: Support the creation of clinical trial protocols and reports regarding statistical methodology.

• Development: Write and develop Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs).

• Coordination: Coordinate statistical activities and maintain clear communication within interdisciplinary project teams and with clients.

• Business Development: Contribute to the preparation of proposals and present them to potential clients.

Your Profile:

• Education: University degree (Master/Diploma) with a solid foundation in Statistics, Mathematics, Epidemiology, or an equivalent qualification.

• Methodology: Experience in applying statistical or epidemiological methods.

• Software: Proficient in SAS programming.

• Experience: Ideally at least 3 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a CRO.

• Communication: Strong cooperation and communication skills in English and Italian (written and spoken). Proficiency in German is a significant advantage for collaborating with our headquarters.

Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM/ADaM) programming.

• A high degree of self-reliance, structured work style, and flexibility.
